Apparently my status messages indicating avoiding superfluous thank yous for goodies, and instead devoting 5 extra minutes to fitness was not well received. emoticon/ emoticon

I judge that by having received 20 goodies from friends, some of whom gave no indications either via blog or public feed that they've ever seen a gym, much less used one.

Fair enough!: I owe the "ether" 100 extra minutes of fitness. I shall report here, my progress and further goodie additions/"liabilities". As they say in marketing, "I eat my own dog food!" emoticon If this keeps up, I'm going to be one fit dude! emoticon

Inspector Generals Report on Fitness Auditing Practice emoticon:

Yesterday, I had a very meager "workout": I only did my morning yoga/stretch and core/abs. I bagged the walking because of lower back/hip pain. While I did 2 hours of heavy cleaning, and home-work, I shall count none of that towards my goodies received obligation.

Today, I will get to the YMCA and I will workout at least 10 extra minutes to begin to fulfill some part of my growing obligation. (I feel some pressure, here, since, at the end of May I will be having surgery, again, and I'm sure I will go at least a couple of months with no or meager workout capability.)

Gloplet Quanta:

* Weight was down again this morning. The lower my weight gets, the more reliable the scale seems to be.
* As with my biochem numbers, the physical indexes of my body seem to drop ever faster, as I maintain, ever lower weights. So for example, my waist and pant sizes seem to be going down, much faster now than recent weight decrements would indicate. New jeans that I bought "tight", a few weeks ago, I am already swimming in. Consequently, I'm afraid to buy new belts. (Nice fear to have!)

    LOL. To me having extra fitness minutes sounds great. I don't expect people to thank me every time I look in their direction. It's toooooooooooo nice.

    Obviously you are prime example of inches lost without the same ratio of weight.
    Muscle mass weighs more, etc My scale is still inaccurate, maybe in a couple of months it will be better, I hope. As for the extra gym minutes, maybe you could give some away, unless you really want to keep them all to yourself!!!

    As for the new belt, Just get one, you can always cut it off later! emoticon

    LOL!!!! This is great! Congrats on all your numbers, but be careful of all the goodies you will get! You are going to have to work HARD!
