Green Smoothie

I'm just now trying Green Smoothies!
The recipe:
2 C. Organic Baby Spinach
1/3 C. Water
2/3 C. Lowfat Vanilla (Organic) Yogurt
blend, then add
1 med. Banana, sliced
Juice from one Orange

On SP, when I used the nutrition calculator to check calories I entered each ingredient and it came back at 287 calories. Without the yogurt (using just water) it is about 100 fewer calories but has much less protein. I am using this as a snack to increase my daily fruit and veggie intake, not as a meal replacement.

Anyone else have Green Smoothie recipes to share?

    Oooooh yum!!! I'm going to have to give that one a try. I recently downloaded smoothie recipe (free!) e-book for my kindle, so if I find any there I will be certain to share. :)

  Kale and celery are good to add too - more fiber and very few calories for the amount of nutrition.
