I have not done well over these past few months. What's done is done. I know what I need to do to reach my goals. I can only change TODAY.
I want to end this day, being able to look back on it KNOWING I did my best to reach my goals. I know I won't reach my goals before bed time tonight, but I can take the step that the time today allows me to take towards reaching those goals.
IN THE DOING, NOT THE GETTING
IN THE TRYING, NOT TRIUMPH
I guess I can reach my goals for today by bedtime tonight. I can be successful before I go to sleep tonight. It's as simple as that.
Now get out there, and find a way to get it. No excuses. Just action.
Back from todays run. It was not a complete training run, but I did get out there and try. I'll try again tomorrow.
