I planned on running 4 miles this morning, but was exhausted by 2 miles. I probably would have pushed myself but I told myself it was okay to save it for CrossFit this afternoon. It will be my first time doing CrossFit. I'm nervous about trying something new - but I have my gym bag all packed and brought it to work so I'm ready to go - I'm going to do this. And you know what - with my new outlook I actually think it will be fun!
Here's my breakfast this morning - I feel like a hippie at work - I have a bunch of produce in the fridge here (where my greek yogurt and smartones meal used to be).
Last night for dinner my BF suggested chinese which means Panda Express. I cringed a little a first but then thought that I could manage - and I did! I ordered double grilled teriyaki chicken w/o sauce (new menu item) and mixed veggies. I ate the whole thing - even the cabbage that I had avoided in the past I ate because I thought it "yucky".
