I just had my little one 3 weeks ago and I'm beyond excited to have another beautiful daughter. And of course she came bearing gifts, 32 lbs of extra weight!!
I have already lost a few lbs just being home and breastfeeding. Which is very encouraging. Now the challenge is to make sure I eat well enough for my baby but that I also lose weight.
I'm looking forward to the challenge! My goal is to lose 25 lbs by August and most importantly lose the mummy tummy. With my oldest daughter it took me forever to get there and then as soon as I finally got a flat belly I found myself pregnant again. This time around I hope to reach my goal a little quicker since I now am a little more knowledgeable.
