Bean Medley Soupili Recipe (Photo)

Each week I make a pot of some sort of bean soup/chili. I make it up as I go along including whatever I'm craving and/or have at hand in the house. Then I always have a go-to food that's quick, easy and on my plan.
Here's this week's:
1/2 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 large sweet onion
3 ribs celery
1/2 red bell pepper
1 can petite diced tomatos
2 cans S&W red kidney beans, drained
1 can S&W white kidney beans, drained
1 TBSP chicken boullion powder
1 tsp Mrs Dash Original Blend
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Brown ground beef & drain fat. Put into 4 qt dutch oven pot. Add tomatoes + 2 cans water, spices. Chop onion, celery, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini & add to pot. Cover, bring to boil and cook ~15 min or until carrots r semi-soft. Add beans & reduce heat to simmer. Cook 30 min turn off heat & let sit. It's ready to eat, but the longerit sits, the better it tastes.
