So far the "cleanse" part of "The Plan" is going well, I was down 0.6 of a pound this morning!
So far so good. I can't wait to eat some chicken this evening! ( I gave my hubby shrimp with his veggies last night- I knew he wanted protein and I don't eat shrimp)
Glad to report no wheat, no coffee and more veggies...so both challenges doing great so far.
No exercise, because they advise you not to exercise for the first 3 days on "the Plan" while you detox.
