I hope that you will make a list too!

So far the "cleanse" part of "The Plan" is going well, I was down 0.6 of a pound this morning!
So far so good. I can't wait to eat some chicken this evening! ( I gave my hubby shrimp with his veggies last night- I knew he wanted protein and I don't eat shrimp)

Glad to report no wheat, no coffee and more veggies...so both challenges doing great so far.
No exercise, because they advise you not to exercise for the first 3 days on "the Plan" while you detox.

Don't forget to check out the link:

I love the list too. I wilh ave to write my own now.
I'm glad to see you are doing so well. Congratulations
on the weight loss and I hope you enjoyed your coffee.
I had a coffe today and it made me hungrier than I have
been between meals in a long time. I will test that next
time I have a coffee. Hey, I can't stomach fresh salmon,
but smoked doesn't bother me. Live and learn by
experimenting to find foods that bother you. emoticon

Great list! Sorry for being absent for many days. Still doing the challenge.
Getting ready for one of northwest 's biggest clay shows in Portland , OR. Got distracted by all the work and a nasty cold but not letting go of my goals.
I'll be wearing my pedometer at the show. Walking everywhere in a convention center should make the step-amount sky high!
I'll check in during the weekend.
    Take care,
    Nina

That was a great blog!!! I love your list. I've made some lists of my own. I love lists LOL

Today was a crazy 13hr work day, but I still fit in 15 mins of exercise and ate pretty well. I had to eat some white carbs b/c I didn't plan ahead and was stuck eating what was provided for me at a work meeting. Still, I stayed in range and so I'm going to call it a (mostly) win. My stomach was not very happy with me, but that's the price I pay.

Hi, I'm here! Glad the plan is going well for you. Thanks for the advice about the power nap. It's much appreciated. School is getting more challenging as I enter my last year of studies. I know this will be so worth it though!

Anyway...doing good today. Just hit 10,000 steps a few minutes ago and super happy about that. DH has the kids outside, so going to squeeze in some school time.

Love your list - especially re friends.

I'm keeping a chart for the year of successes, treats enjoyed (like yesterday's visit with ex-student) and challenges (like dealing with car and automatic gate problems) so that I can see that I didn't coast through yet another year!

Well done with the loss again!
