Day 9. ill go with that

Yesterday was a good day.
Got home from work, cleaned the house up a bit...
Trying to do a short cleaning everyday to keep it nice and neat, after all the cleaning we did the past few weeks, its worth spending that extra time.
Had a great wrokout with husband for work out 1.
Made a chicken dish with Dijon Mustard, Maple Syrup and Rice Wine Vinegar. Sounds terrible, but it was awesome- mixed those all up and poured it on the breasts, baked at 450 for about 30m- (thin cut breasts) until they were done, took the sauce out and added some chopped fresh rosemary. this was SO GOOD and will now go into regular rotation along with the Basil Lime Chicken.
(Basil Lime Chicken is basically a lot of work but worth it.
Zest and Juice of 2 limes, 2 TBS Djion mustard, 2 TBS Soy Sauce, 2 TBS Worchestire, 2 TBS olive oil, or 1 and 2 of chicken broth to lessen the olive oil). 2 garlic minced/grated. marinate for a few hours- with chopped green onions or scallions. grill until cooked on both sides. - i will coat the chicken while its cooking with any extra marinade
mix up a little more of that marinade- DO NOT USE THE LEFT OVER, you must make more. drizzle it on top, mix in some fresh basil.
Last night otherwise was good- just spent the time at home.
Todays plan consists of getting out of work- cleaning the garden- leaves, etc and then making something for dinner(gotta raid the freezer- low on good food), possible food shopping trip.

yeah. so there we are. my life is so exciting.
