AT work we are doing a healthy move more challenge, and the goal this week was to write a two column list , on one side, I write what gives me energy the other side what drains me of my energy
There is something about writing things out , I look at that list I have it with me when I start to feel sluggish and need some energy I look at that list and see what it is I need, what made me lose my energy in the first place?
I am moving more, I walk every day and I walk over 10,000 steps a day but thats a daily thing I need to do more , I incorporated my squats and bicep curls , and this week just ridding myself of any excuse on why I am not working out.
I go over my excuses and for the most part they are not valid some are but I would say most of them are not!
I have .4 lbs to go for me to obtain my ten lb goal , I am a self sabotager, correction I was a self sabatoger I am not labeling myself with that anymore , that is a lie I want to succeed and I am going to break through this ,
