Goal, Planning and Implementation

Making a plan takes away stress. My menu is planned so I know what to buy at the market(saving money) and I have something to look forward to for dinner. Sure plans change... they almost always do. but having a menu to draw from I can switch up nights.
My exercise plan has fallen a bit on hard times this year. I need to work on this and set up more back up plans. And PRACTICE!!!! Good intentions get me nowhere. But practice... ah that is a different story. With practice comes improvement.
I have even let my mediation practice slip a bit.
I could use all sorts of excuses and place blame in all the wrong places but that will not get me to my goal.
Today I will reaffirm my goal with actions steps.
