Rice or no rice?

So I have been doing low carb for over a week now. Tonight my husband wants fijitas for dinner with shrimp, beef and chicken. We ae not going to put them in wraps we are just going to eat the meat, onions and peppers. But what to cook with it. My kids really like rice so I am trying to decide whether to fix it. I know if I fix rice I will want some and even with eating a 1/2 cup of rice I am only at 20% carbs for the day. So the question is should I or shouldn't I. I don't think I should because I pride myself in no carbs during the week so I guess I will have to find some other side to go with all of the meat. ha ha! Whenever I think of fajitas I think of rice and beans as side dishes. I don't want to put the meat on a salad because I eat a salad every day for lunch and I don't want to get burnt out on them. What to do? UGHH! Not sure. I will be eating enough fruits and veggies today without having one for dinner. I have two fruits for snack today, I also had a fruit for breakfast and I am having a salad for lunch. So I guess I can just eat the meat for dinner.
Yesterday I had a great day! I ate on the low end of my calorie range and never got hungry all day long. I have been eating every 2 or so hours. Normally a piece of fruit, cheese, low carb yogurt or an atkins bar. So far so good. I really want out of the 190's by Friday. So definately NO RICE!
