I've been absent from Sparkpeople for awhile and I did gain back about 10 lbs of what I lost, plus I still have more than that to lose. The positives I kept while being away from here is I no longer drink diet sodas, but drink mostly water. I did still keep 10 of the 20 lbs. off. I came back to sparkpeople where I know I can get myself back on track with all the tools and encouragement from this site. Starting back here has triggered all those positives I had when I first found this site so I am hopeful it will motivate me and get me back on track and starting to think about getting healthy. Because that is what it is all about, it is not about crazy diets, pills, or any fads that really don't work. Its about changing your mindset and making good habits. Even though I gave up for awhile, all the tools that sparkpeople gave me are still in my head and ready to be used. I hope to be successful this time and even if I stumble along the way I will not give up!
