Monday - Week 6, Day 1 5K to 10K
I didn't get any workout in last night. I picked up my son from daycare and just loved him up (I hadn't seen him since Friday morning due to being out of town for an Herbalife quarterly event). We had some fun playing around with imaginary games and just had a blast with that. Sometimes you have to just do that and put the workout to the side.
I have to finish tracking my dinner, but thinking that I'll be in my calorie range for the day.
I got 12 glasses of water in for the day.
Day 0 of 1 for the week for workouts!
