Hope everyone is having an Amazing April.
I haven't been focusing too much on daily goals lately. Somedays have been good. Others, not so much. I actually have had two days lately where I barely drank any plain water. That is not like me, so since I am starting to feel a bit off the rails again, back to planning I go.
Goals for today:
96oz of water at least
Freggie with every meal and snack - Didn't with dinner...
When get up every hour, complete at least 1 set of strength training exercises - Did this most of the day
Log at least 4500 steps between actual steps and converted exercises.
Complete at least 1 report
