Hope everyone is having an Amazing April.

I haven't been focusing too much on daily goals lately. Somedays have been good. Others, not so much. I actually have had two days lately where I barely drank any plain water. That is not like me, so since I am starting to feel a bit off the rails again, back to planning I go.

Goals for today:

emoticon 96oz of water at least emoticon

emoticon Freggie with every meal and snack - Didn't with dinner...

emoticon When get up every hour, complete at least 1 set of strength training exercises - Did this most of the day

emoticon Log at least 4500 steps between actual steps and converted exercises. emoticon

emoticon Complete at least 1 report emoticon

    Well they taught me back home that when you fall off of a horse you get right back on it and ride it again. You are doing that, and going back to what was successful for you before you slipped. emoticon You have a great plan posted so you can see and follow it and it is not unreasonable or undoable. This is important because that is just another way to punish or beat up on ourselves when we feel we have "done bad" things . I like your pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again attitude! Good luck with keeping to your new plans
