It's cold out, this is nonsense.

I'm also a little frustrated. I've been following this stupid paleo plan via my trainer, and have lost about 3 pounds in 3 weeks, IF that. I feel like if I"m not going to lose weight, I should do it eating carbs.

    I find it easier to watch my calorie intake rather than following specific diets. That way I can enjoy the things I like, just in moderation.

Just stick to what works best for you and eventually you will start noticing a difference. It takes a lot of time to lose weight and any loss should be celebrated. Losing 3 pounds is better than gaining 3 pounds and those are three less pounds that you have to lose!
