40 Days and 40 Nights minus 24lbs

So I have been going strong 40 Days now. I am down 24lbs and a pant size. I have not taken my measurements in a while but I can feel it in my clothes. I have added exercise in now and hope to keep a steady 2lbs or more a week coming off. I have not felt this good in such a long time. I am eating only healthy unprocessed foods and staying away from all grains, sugar, bad carbs, and anything else unhealthy. I never thought it could be so easy. I decided to give myself 1 cheat day a week and I am finding it hard to cheat lol I look at the stuff and think nah or what if It makes me crave it again so I am finding I don't cheat as bad as if I were to not allow any cheating. Its amazing how much you find you don't want things when you no longer deny yourself of them. I will hit this goal and It will not be another year of failure.
