If your loosing weight this week and you don't know why it is because you have hit perfection. Sometimes we keep adding to our workouts instead of just working a lot harder at our workouts leaving nothing on the table. Yes by all means add a new workout if you want but make sure you are ready to participate 100%.
Sometimes when we are trying to get our food in order to lose weight we add fruits and vegetables to our diets and eat more grains . Yes this is the right thing to do ,but we need to remember to cut something out, like less meat and snack food.
Sometimes when we are trying to get our eight hours of sleep in we retire earlier . Well we wake up just as tired and run down and wonder why. It is the quality that counts. Get all electronic devices out of your room keep it cool and inviting and if you have too keep the pets out.
Water is an essential part of weight loss. I was lacking on my water consumption until I found a bottled water with a bigger top. It was easier for the water to flow through and a few small ice cubes may fit in . Also make sure your warm cup has an easy flow so you can finish your coffee and tea faster so you can hit the water. This enables me to get my whole eight glasses in each and every day.
So remember you don't need to add to your weight loss routine you just need to make sure their is nothing else left to take away, Hugs my friends, We can do this.
