So I am trying out the Paleo food plan, the strict form, and then will probably add some dairy later....... I need to do something to get my diabetes under control and apparently this might help, even the dietician said it is ok, so its just, veggies, fruits (only 2 servings a day), meats, and nuts. Basically what was growing when we roamed the Earth as cave peeps.
Anyone else trying this or suceeding? Would LOVE to know.....
Snack of fruits and nuts.... huh......
