Day 143-off to a good start

This Monday is a good strong start to the week. Worked,ran 2 miles, got in my sit-ups, push-ups and kettle bell exercises and nutrition was good.

Also worked up a training plan for the race in my fitness journal!

Tomorrow it's bicycle class!
