I have had a hard time staying within my calories and I have been craving fats, avacodos, goat cheese, eggs, and so on. My diet is mostly fatfree so having some fats was fine but I was adding fats at every opportunity. I also was hungry, hungry, hungry, (hippo) LOL. I finally realized what the issue was. I was drinking dandelion root with my tea. It helps filter the liver but it is also an appetite stimulant LOL.
This lead to near binging all weekend and last week. I took the dandelion root out and felt great, no massive hunger and unbearable eating. I realized that this was the reason that I basically fell apart. I haven't wanted to binge eat in over 2 yrs. I was doing awesome on not eating chocolate as well and snacking and 2 days drinking my medical tea and bam, I was starving
Well, now that I am not bloated
and I am not artificially starving
I think I will be able to get into the swing of things.
