So I am down .6 of a kilo since yesterday which I am happy about! I binged a bit at like 1am, but thats okay because I still lost.
I m really sore from yesterdays workout but it didnt stop me from doing a small workout today :) I also messaged a friend and we are going to start going to fight gym once a week which will be awesome!
