Breakfast: my usual 1/2 grapefruit. They are so sweet and juicy, right now.
Oatmeal, with cinnamon, 1/2 apple grated into it, 1/4 cup milk and 1 Tbsp. of Agave syrup. I prefer Maple syrup, but had run out of it.
Exercise: My trainer came today. She decided to up all my weights, and I can feel it, tonight.
Tomorrow is opening day of our golfing season. We have a game, along with the 9-holers, followed by lunch and a meeting. I hope, I can hold on to a golf club. I am a little sore, tonight.
