Day 1 of my personalized 5 day Challenge

My goal is to make healthy food choices for the next 5 days, to exercise 30 minutes each day, and drink 8 glasses of water. Today I did make healthy food choices for my breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. I slipped a little for dinner but feel I did so much better than I have in the past. I went with baked tilapia, a huge salad with tomatoes and red oinions. My oops was a Dr Pepper and 12-15 tortilla chips. I'm trying to cut back on sugar as well so the Dr Pepper didn't help. I didn't get my 30 minutes of exercise in but I did do 10 minutes of slow jump roping. So overall I'd give my self 3 stars out of 5.
