Quiet Day

Monday, April 22, 2013

Today has been a good day. A quiet day and a good one. I slept in. I did a lot of Sparking. I watched some tv. I babysat the granddaughters. I read a book. That's pretty much it. Oh, I did talk to a couple of friends on the phone. Other than that... just quiet & relaxed. I sure will be happy to get back to the pool. 2 more days.

My food is just 22 calories over my range. My exercise is low. My plan of action is a good one. I am happy. I am grateful. I am blessed.

Keep on taking care of you!

How is it going with the NO SMoking zone
in your house?

I do hope they will rethink their habits.
