My first go round with Spark People I lost 16 pounds, then the holidays hit, I stopped working out and gained 5 pounds. That just won't do!
So, I joined the Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge - I'm excited to be back on track!
I can see and feel the difference between my active self from the fall and my inactive self from the winter. I must say I like being active much better than not.
I can't belive I forgot how much I loved tracking my fitness so I could spin the bonus wheel!!
