I have to remember this!!
Yesterday we had a houseful (15 plus a baby) for my son's birthday. It was very stressful for me but I think everyone had a good time. I planned my food for the day first thing in the morning so that I would be able to have dessert and stay in my range. It took some doing, but I stuck with the plan and was able to enjoy my cheesecake and not feel guilty. Actually, it felt pretty good. Of course, you can't always plan ahead. I have to make sure that is not my downfall.
