Is Spring Here?

Monday, April 22, 2013

The temp rose from the high 30/s to the mid 60's. It is sunny. Magnolias, daffodils, hyacinths, etc are in bloom. Squirrels are scampering. Birds are tweeting.
After the long winter and up - and - down temps, I'm hesitant to believe it. But just maybe, I won't wake up and find its was just a dream.

I feel the same way. Being north of you, we've only got crocuses in bloom and nothing else is even close yet, but the birds are singing and I luv their music!!!

Out my window I see snow falling so fast it's like I'm in a snowglobe. The ground and trees are covered in white. Spring has definitely not sprung here....but I like hearing that some folks get to enjoy it! Makes me remember that this too shall pass.
