Stress Reduction

I read a disturbing article today about the stress on people of today compared to in the 1950s. It was a real eye-opener.
I know, personally, that I am under a great deal of stress taking care of my mother and running the rest of my life. I want to work through it without any pharmaceuticals.

Practice stress-relieving methods
I put on a movie made in 1958 while I made dinner. I had no idea what it was about, except that it starred Eddie Albert and he looked pretty good with his shirt off. emoticon

Being grateful
I am grateful for so much in my life but I forget it when the negatives come-a-calling.
Here's a partial list:
my wonderful, supportive husband
my mother
my kitties
a job and the ability to own my home and live in the town that I grew up in
great friends
my extended family

    Wishing your stress level will go down. When I was under allot of stress I meditated myself to sleep at night. Then when I had Cancer twice I prayed allot which was very satisfying I still am into religion because that is what saved me. Loved the utube of the cats emoticon
