Level 2, day 6.

Weight: 144.5
Waist: 30.5
Hips: 38.5

Everything's going up instead of down. That's PMS and weekend cheating for ya. Absolutely craving salt and sugar and fat...and giving in. I did not behave all weekend. And work was so unpleasant today that I really wanted to just grab a bag of chips and flop on the couch and read. But I didn't. I did the workout, although my heart rate never really got too high and the calorie burn was very low compared to the last few days. The PMS makes my energy level plummet (and it's not great to begin with). Even my blood pressure goes way down.

I'm wiped out.

    You may be wiped out, but you did a workout instead of eating a bag of chips and flopping on the couch! That's a VICTORY right there!!
