Doing it on my own

I decided that I would just count calories instead of weight watchers. I seem to do better staying within a calorie range and not over stressing about it. I just set a calorie goal and am following my dietary guidelines. It is just to frustrating to following one program or another. I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders, emoticon. It has been hard enough with the dietary restrictions why make it even harder on myself. I know my calorie range time to just turn myself loose. Forgive myself and move on. I need to just work on my walking and making healthy meals.

Today has been a long long day, I have been up since 5AM and need a nap and then start my walking while cooking dinner. LOL.
