I haven't been concentrating on my weight lately. I've been in muscle building mode, and it's just too distracting to build and lose at the same time.

As a matter of fact, I haven't stepped on a scale in over 2 months. And I'm still in my same size pants, fitting better than before if I do say myself!

But I'm taking this as a sign. $20 per person. 60% of the pot will be donated to help people who were affected by the bombs set off at the Boston Marathon. Whatever is left gets divided among all of the people who make the goal.

What's the goal??? Lose 4% body weight in 4 weeks. If I'm not mistaken, that will be less than 8 lbs. 2 pounds a week, it's doable! And the time period is April 26-May 23

FYI TAJ is "The Anti-Jared", whose real name is Tony. He's a wonderful man who has lost 200+ lbs by eating healthy and working out. He's on facebook and has been very inspirational to myself and thousands of others.
