Imagine that you've reached your goal weight and a friend asks you for advice on how to live a healthier lifestyle. How does it feel to have others look up to you? How would you help others make positive changes in their own lives based on your experience?
I've been here before - in 2009 when I first started SP. It felt great. I really need to find my motivation to get back there again. I've been thinking about finding my motivation to get back on track for the past few days.
Today I'm having a lot of abdominal pain, so I'm stuck on the couch, but it gives me time to work on how to do this. What am I going to do to help keep me on track. How and I going to reach my goal, what is that goal, and when do I want to reach it? It can be small ones. More than just my small stone of the week though. More like a challenge to do something in a certain time period. I'm thinking more along the lines of doing my best for every day for at least 4 weeks. I need to really sit and think about this and decide. Might as well do that today, since I really can't get up.
