messed up

i had some very stressful things going on last week and I went off my diet and didn't exercise as much as I should have. But this is a new week and things are already looking better for me I ate healthier today and was able to work exercise into my day so I feel alot better.
I would feel even better if it would stop snowing.

    Happy to see you back at it; it is an ongoing process isn't it, lol. I find myself in the boat back and forth, back and forth I rock sometimes, but I am determined to win in the end! You will too :D

  I know how you feel about the snow! I am tired of it, too. It can put you in a funk, but good job on going back to eating better and exercising. It's amazing how a good workout can make you feel :) Take care
