I made it to the Gym for weight training three days in a row (I'm a little soar) and covered every major body part including core areas. This is the first time I've gone three straight days in over 1 year and I'm feeling very good about that.
I actually did some recumbent 2 out of the three days as well to finish out a fantastic calorie burning pump. I walked at lunch today and will be back in the Gym tomorrow morning at 0500 hors to do it again.
