Exercise AGAIN

Here I am again talking about exercise. I'm supposed to talk about how I'm going to change up my exercise to keep from getting bored. Changing things up would constitute getting back on my bike. A couple of weeks with migraines and I'm completely out of shape. I'll have to start back at level 4 and 20-30 minutes. Oh well.
