No matter what happy face you put on everyday, sometimes it is just hard to cope in your own reality. Those of you who have your family with you all the time enjoy that. It is so hard to have regrets. Never take anyone or any time you have with the people you love for granted, cause you never know when that could go away. I love being a blessing in peoples lives on a daily basis but it is not my reality when I am by myself. I need to learn to be a blessing to myself... — feeling sorry for myself.

When I was with my ex I felt really lonely. He was jealous..
And had a dog, many people were afraid of.

But I donīt want to stay alone. ..
- I love being a blessing in peoples lives on a daily basis - Thatīs beautiful

I donīt expect a relationship can fulfill my life. I find it necessary to take responsibility for my own happiness. After all it is me who knows what I am happy for.
I find men often get angry if I try to help them. Hmm - I do too. I find it necessary to be the one to define what I need of help.

Support - Sharing happiness.. Take care and enjoy spring and look up your friends - Being active helps to avoid loneliness. Maybe even loneliness has itīs positive sides - like time to plan some nice things to do and listening to the music YOU love. emoticon

You will see your family again. You have to be strong for them as well as yourself. They want you to reach your lifetime goals while you are away from them. God will give you the strength to get past the lonesomeness if you will allow, believe it.

Go for a walk and look around you at all the beauty and wonder that God has given us. The new leaves on the trees, the sound of birds singing and new growth coming from the ground. We all go through moments of depression but be thankful for what you have. Count your blessings instead of your woes. emoticon

Being alone can really be a drab. Recently I moved to another country and making friends is nit the easiest as I stay alone in a lab all day. So I know little of what you feel. Hang in there my friend, you are a blessing to you..I just know it!! emoticon

Find someone to be a blessing to and that blessing will be returned to you! Look for an opportunity to be a friend and you will feel blessed. Get out and be with others even strangers. God loves you, so you are blessed! You only need to feel that blessing that already exists! ((HUGS))

Yes, be a blessing to yourself! And if you have energy enough, you can be a blessing to others by volunteering for worthy organizations!
