And so, I start back on the wagon again. Life got in the way again-started a new job, commuted weekly for months living in temp housing, lots of meals out-but we moved 3 weeks ago and it is time to start being healthy again. Need to move more and cut back on the wine and bread.
Started taking golf lessons to work on the activity-weight training is next....my trusty Fitbit should help me track and make sure I walk more!
