So for the last few weeks I've been really good about working out and eating right. During the day. Then I come home and just totally blow it. I'll order out for dinner or I'll eat something healthy but then keep eating. And eating. And eating more.
SO! I have decided to share my trackers and get all of y'all up in my business, LOL! I need to keep myself accountable and I figure, seeing as how I have to stay honest with you guys, that this might be exactly the way I need to do it! So from here on out, I am going to try to update every day, every bite and every jumping jack, lol! I always feel bad if I don't work out and I'll feel doubly bad if I let anyone down so this should do it for me! I mean, really now. We're at the end of April and I feel as grossed out with myself as I did when I started trying to do everything right again. Summer is a-comin', sparkpeeps!!
So here's hoping this works and keeps me eating right!
