Shook Down a Pound - The Power of Planning

I finally managed to shake off a pound! Hurray for small successess! I attribute this to getting back to planning my food for the day in advance, instead of waiting for hunger to strike, then hitting the convenience store on my breaks. It is a way easier to control what you put in your mouth when you plan, and when you plan, you can plan good tasting, nutrient rich foods that satisfy your head and your heart (stomach too!).

    Good for you! Planning ahead can make SUCH a difference - like you, if I didn't bring something healthy I can ALWAYS find something unhealthy to fill the gap.
