After gaining weight over the last few weeks, I am moving back down. I weighed in at 127.8 this morning. :)
It was 8 minute Monday today- 1 set = 5 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats
Last week I did almost 12 sets with a 25 lb vest, and 2 sets were on my toes. This week I did 14.5 ( no vest) and they were all on my toes. Whoo Hoo. It's week 3 of this boot-camp and I started at 10.5 sets on my toes. Last session it was 16.5 sets at my best but all my push-ups were on my knees. This boot-camp is all about strength and good form :)
Eating healthy has always been something I forced myself to do, but I still loved junk food. I ate healthy but I never loved the food. I have been craving one of those Six Dollar Bourbon burgers from Hardees / Carl's JR. I finally gave in. I ordered the 1/3 lb one and I got it lettuce wrapped so I could be as healthy as possible lol. it tasted SOOOOOOO gross. The sauce on it was sickeningly sweet. Like candied Hamburger. UGH. I made myself take two bites and then passed it to my very happy husband. He said it was amazing, so I knew it was just me.
I made me some Paleo "fudge" the other day, and it is soooo good. I feel so naughty eating it, my kids and husband tried it and they said it was not yummy. LOL. They all wanted me to make some with milk chocolate. It was coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, and honey. It taste sweet to me, so i must be doing things right. My husband made dinner last night, and he breaded the chicken in coconut flour so I could eat it. It was so yummy, but it had a weird texture. The kids didn't love it, but he told them to get used to it because our family was going to keep adding more and more paleo foods in. I was grinning inside. I love that man. So thankful for his support.
