Starting Week 3

Well I talked to the personal trainer. She gave me good advice..she said for now focus on "what" you are eating, not grams of p/c/f. She thinks if I get into information overload that I will become overwhelmed and end up quitting. I think that's good advice
Don't get me wrong, I do keep track of calories.
Today was back, shoulders and biceps. So far my meals look pretty good. Has anyone tried the Yoplait Greek Yogurt? I'm not a big yogurt fan but this stuff is good. My weigh in day is on Mondays...so far I'm down 1.4 lbs. I'm hoping I'm building muscle.
