Ideas for taking forward steps:

Look up nutrition info on restaurant meals - DONE

Recognize the good choices I did make - DONE

Read my affirmations in my journal - my daily list of good choices I HAVE made

Tell myself that *now* is a new moment in which I *can* make good choices - DONE

Track my food - good or less-than-ideal

Go for a walk or workout

Read an inspirational book/book/blog/article - DONE
