I went to the gym for my weekly weigh-in and could not believe that I lost 2 lbs! I lost 2 LBS last week also. This week was different because I had a binge day with 2 slices of pizza, 2 chocolate cupcakes, a bowl of doritos and mexican enchiladas beans and rice for lunch all in one day! I was a little scared to get on the scale. I guess what is different this time is though I binged I got right back on track the next day and even did a 90 minute Zumba class the next day. I learned that it is what you do right 80-90% of the time that shows up on the scale. I never did stop exercising I do 6 classes a week with strength and daily cardio. I am not making excuses but I do not allow myself to beat myself up anymore for having a mistake day.
