Running Weekend - and exercise plan for the week

This weekend was SO much fun!
Not only did we have the first actual spring weather of the year, it was also the yearly Fun Run for the kids on Saturday which they both ran their hearts out! And, it was my first ever Color Run on Sunday.
Besides that, we were incredibly productive outside (set up the trampoline for the kids, planted plants in the greenhouse, drained and refilled the hot tub... I don't even remember what else!). Loved the sun, fortunately the rain came back this morning which made it that much easier to come to work!
This week, my goals are:
Get back on my running plan
* Monday, 30 min run
* Tuesday, 20 min run
* Wednesday, rest or crosstrain
* Thursday, 30 min run
* Friday, cross train
* Saturday, 4-5 mile run
* Sunday, rest - but there is a track and field fun day that I'll probably take the kids to
Eat on plan
* Cook dinner (or have leftovers) each night
* Pack and bring lunch daily
