Well, don't feel bad. I have been going to the GYM on a constant, but I have not gotten any results, but I will not stop! I will continue to press on. I can tell the difference in my body form, but the weight is fluctuating back and forth at the point. I don't know if I'm retaining water or if my body is just preparing to adjust to weight loss. I say keep on, you will do fine.

I know it's frustrating at times, I had a great week of exercising and measuring and weighing all my food...tracked it all....and I'm up 2 lbs I think for me it might be hormone changes (I'm 48)...I've been thinking about having my thyroid checked because I get so frustrated doing everything right and the stupid scale not working with me I hope you find whats behind your weight loss stall...Hang in there, even with no weight loss, you're still living a healthy lifestyle. 1226 days ago
