Wow - a 3 lb loss this week! I have been very diligent with my eating and exercise all week and was rewarded today by the scale, by the way my body feels, by my energy levels, and by my improved motivation.
I have been using SP daily to log all my food and exercise, and this is absolutely key for me. I need to see progress and need to see that I am daily reaching goals. So it's been a good week. Actually, it's been two excellent weeks! Motivation to keep going.
