Yes here I am SparkPeople! I came back, again. I feel like I am constistently on and off again with this website. Well this time, I hope to keep touching base with my weight loss and gaining knowledge and support from others.
To add some updates, back in December I started a wheat free diet. I felt amazing and lost 15lbs in 2 weeks. I lost 20lbs altogether in a month. I felt awesome. After about 2 months of being wheat free I slowly started eating wheat again, and have gained about 3-5lbs (depending on the day I weigh myself of course) but I'm not letting it discourage me. My close friends are getting married in May and I want to be able to go dress shopping and not feel horrifically fat in everything. I am also moving in May and will have a swimming pool, and definitely want to feel comfortable sitting poolside in a bikini! Going to try my wheat free diet again as well as work out 5x a week!
So anyway...welcome back to my journey. I really hope I can stick to it this time!!!!
