I can't deny it any longer. I am back to day 1. My motivation has gone, and I will have to muster it back again. I dread even thinking of exercise. I don't know why I have gotten so lazy?? I have been walking 10 minutes, but I know that is no where enough. So what the heck? getting back on track can be hard, but I don't want to wait too long.
