Phase 3 - Day 6 & 7

Well, it was weekend.
I did stick with the foods, but my schedule was pretty messed up. We were out on the Harley both days.
So when she says... Do NOT skip Snacks! and Drink your Water!! she means it.
I had a gain of .7 Sunday morning, but a loss of .4 this morning.
All in all, I had a great week, especially since that is the week during the month that usually shows a gain, but instead I had an overall loss of 5.9 lbs!! Just crazy!
Inches you ask? Well some measurements went down also.
Waist - down 2 inches
belly button - down 1.5 inches
hips - down 2 inches.
Now, I am not the best measurer in the world. Where I use to always measure and use as a guide, has shifted so it is a bit tricky to try to be consistent. But I know things went down. Water bloat? Some fat? I don't know, but I will take it!!
