Re-focused my drive this morning in order to finish April strong. I am shooting for many, many fitness minutes. I am happy to say that I finished the 9 minute arm workout with Coach Nicole and I am looking forward to a nice walk when I get home this evening followed by pilates. I would like to earn the privilege of rest when I collapse to watch "Bates Motel" before crashing for the day.
What I like about pilates is the incredible way it tightens and tones. My DVD has three ten minute sessions for abs, thighs, and butt. Right about the time I think I am going to collapse, the mini-session ends and I can breath again.
Wherever you are at this morning, don't throw in the towel on April. The month is not done and there is still plenty that can be done in 8 days to boost your journey to healthy.
